How do I reply to a customer review?
Keeping conservations alive will not only help your reputation, but will also show to a listing visitor that you care for your customers well-being.
To reply to a review:
- Go to your listing
- Scroll down to the review section
- Click on the speech-bubble icon next to the relevant review
- Type your review and submit it.
